This lightweight lotion was created for sensitive and slightly oily skin. Heartleaf 70% Daily Lotion is enriched with 70% tilia cordata extract to calm inflammation and reduce redness. One of the product's main ingredients is squalane, a plant that has a soothing effect, making skin smooth and supple without a greasy or sticky feel. Therefore, it is suitable for all skin types, including acne-prone and sensitive skin. Shea butter has regenerating and soothing properties and is rich in antioxidants. Centella asiatica extract is a healing plant that stimulates the production of hyaluronic acid, hydrates, and increases antioxidant levels. Ceramides strengthen the protective barrier, keeping skin smooth and supple, and reducing fine lines.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Use after serum as part of your skincare routine morning and evening. Apply once or twice to your fingertips and rub into your face and neck.

WARNINGS : For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation or rash occurs. Avoid use on wounds. Store away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Return and Refund Policy (Food Products)

1) Right of withdrawal (14 days)

For online purchases, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery only for products that do not fall within the legal exceptions and that are intact, unopened and resalable .

2) Exceptions: when the withdrawal is NOT applicable

The right of withdrawal is excluded, in particular, for:

  goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. many food products);
  
• 
  sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if opened after delivery .
  

3) Frozen products

Frozen products are only available for delivery in Milan . We do not deliver frozen products outside Milan.

For food safety reasons, frozen foods are not returnable , unless there are problems with delivery (see section 4).

4) Delivery problems (damaged / incorrect / missing)

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

After verification, we will provide a replacement , refund or other suitable solution.

5) Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal (where applicable), the refund will be made using the same payment method and within 14 days of notification, as required by law (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or provide proof of return shipment).

Any extra costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer are non-refundable .
