INGREDIENTS: Tagliatelle: Wheat flour 66% (wheat), palm oil, tapioca starch, salt, acidity regulator (E501, E500), thickener (E412), colour (E101).
Seasoning Powder: Tomato Powder, Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Cabbage Powder (Starch, Cabbage Extract, Salt), Mushroom Seasoning Powder (Mushrooms, Salt, Maltodextrin, Flavour Enhancer (E363, E635)), Soy Sauce Powder (Soy) (Soy Sauce, Maltodextrin, Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Colour (E150d)), Yeast Extract, Glucose, Spices, Food Flavouring, Flavour Enhancer (E635, E330, E551).

1) Right of withdrawal (14 days)
For online purchases, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery only for products that do not fall within the legal exceptions and that are intact, unopened and resalable .
2) Exceptions: when the withdrawal is NOT applicable
The right of withdrawal is excluded, in particular, for:

goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. many food products);

sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if opened after delivery .
3) Frozen products
Frozen products are only available for delivery in Milan . We do not deliver frozen products outside Milan.
For food safety reasons, frozen foods are not returnable , unless there are problems with delivery (see section 4).
4) Delivery problems (damaged / incorrect / missing)
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

After verification, we will provide a replacement , refund or other suitable solution.
5) Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal (where applicable), the refund will be made using the same payment method and within 14 days of notification, as required by law (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or provide proof of return shipment).
Any extra costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer are non-refundable .
