SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Moisture Cream è una crema viso idratante formulata per nutrire, lenire e rafforzare la barriera cutanea. Arricchita con Centella Asiatica del Madagascar e il complesso Hyalu-Cica™, aiuta a mantenere il corretto livello di idratazione della pelle, alleviando la sensazione di secchezza e disagio.

La sua texture leggera e confortevole si assorbe facilmente senza ungere, lasciando la pelle morbida, elastica e visibilmente più luminosa. Ideale per pelli sensibili, secche, disidratate o soggette ad arrossamenti, contribuisce a proteggere la pelle dagli agenti esterni e a preservarne l'equilibrio naturale.

Perfetta come ultimo passaggio della routine skincare quotidiana per un'idratazione duratura e un incarnato dall'aspetto sano e uniforme.

ISTRUZIONI DI USO: Applicare una quantità adeguata di crema su viso e collo come ultimo passaggio della routine skincare. Massaggiare delicatamente fino a completo assorbimento. Utilizzare mattina e sera.

AVVERTENZE:Solo per uso esterno. Interrompere l’uso se si verificano irritazioni o eruzioni cutanee. Evitare di utilizzare sulle ferite. Conservare al riparo della luce solare diretta. Tenere fuori dalla portata dei bambini.

INGREDIENTI: Centella Asiatica Extract, Water, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Niacinamide e altri ingredienti funzionali.

Return and Refund Policy (Food Products)

1) Right of withdrawal (14 days)

For online purchases, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery only for products that do not fall within the legal exceptions and that are intact, unopened and resalable .

2) Exceptions: when the withdrawal is NOT applicable

The right of withdrawal is excluded, in particular, for:

  goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. many food products);
  
• 
  sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if opened after delivery .
  

3) Frozen products

Frozen products are only available for delivery in Milan . We do not deliver frozen products outside Milan.

For food safety reasons, frozen foods are not returnable , unless there are problems with delivery (see section 4).

4) Delivery problems (damaged / incorrect / missing)

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  photo/video of the package and product
  

After verification, we will provide a replacement , refund or other suitable solution.

5) Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal (where applicable), the refund will be made using the same payment method and within 14 days of notification, as required by law (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or provide proof of return shipment).

Any extra costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer are non-refundable .
