TORRIDEN BALANCEFUL toner pads provide wonderful hydration, reduce irritation, and leave skin feeling incredibly well-groomed. They perfectly moisturize and nourish the skin, strengthen its protective functions, have a soothing effect, gently exfoliate dead skin cells, and improve skin tone and texture.

The essential formula soaked in Torriden pads contains five types of Centella Asiatica extract, which instantly reduce redness and irritation, reduce facial inflammation, and help retain moisture within cells. The LHA and PHA complex effectively removes the keratinized layer, promotes skin regeneration, and improves the skin's barrier function. The pads have two sides: a rough side for exfoliation and a smooth side for maximum facial hydration.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: After washing your face, use the textured side of the wipe to gently cleanse your face, avoiding the skin around your eyes. Use the opposite side of the wipe to cleanse your face again. Gently pat dry to absorb any excess toner. Close the lid after use to prevent the wipe from drying out.

Return and Refund Policy (Food Products)

1) Right of withdrawal (14 days)

For online purchases, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery only for products that do not fall within the legal exceptions and that are intact, unopened and resalable .

2) Exceptions: when the withdrawal is NOT applicable

The right of withdrawal is excluded, in particular, for:

  goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. many food products);

  sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if opened after delivery .
  

3) Frozen products

Frozen products are only available for delivery in Milan . We do not deliver frozen products outside Milan.

For food safety reasons, frozen foods are not returnable , unless there are problems with delivery (see section 4).

4) Delivery problems (damaged / incorrect / missing)

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

After verification, we will provide a replacement , refund or other suitable solution.

5) Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal (where applicable), the refund will be made using the same payment method and within 14 days of notification, as required by law (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or provide proof of return shipment).

Any extra costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer are non-refundable .
