Intensive care for irritated skin with the Mild Reedle Shot 50 2-phase mask with microneedles. This product from VT Cosmetics is a two-phase set: the Mild Reedle Shot 50 essence and a face mask. Product action: perfectly hydrates and saturates with nutrients, improves the absorption of active ingredients, strengthens the protective functions of the dermis, reduces redness and irritation, and evens skin tone and texture. The product formula is enriched with the Cica Reedle Complex, a patented complex that combines natural, microscopic silicone needles with active ingredients such as Centella Asiatica and Hyaluronic Acid to quickly deliver nutrients deep into the skin, soothe inflammation, tighten pores, and deeply hydrate.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE : Apply the vial labeled as step 1 to a thoroughly cleansed face and smooth over skin. Once the product is fully absorbed, open the mask sachet labeled as step 2 and apply it to your face. After 10-20 minutes, remove the mask and gently smooth the remaining essence over your skin.

Return and Refund Policy (Food Products)

1) Right of withdrawal (14 days)

For online purchases, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery only for products that do not fall within the legal exceptions and that are intact, unopened and resalable .

2) Exceptions: when the withdrawal is NOT applicable

The right of withdrawal is excluded, in particular, for:

  goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. many food products);
  
• 
  sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if opened after delivery .
  

3) Frozen products

Frozen products are only available for delivery in Milan . We do not deliver frozen products outside Milan.

For food safety reasons, frozen foods are not returnable , unless there are problems with delivery (see section 4).

4) Delivery problems (damaged / incorrect / missing)

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

After verification, we will provide a replacement , refund or other suitable solution.

5) Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal (where applicable), the refund will be made using the same payment method and within 14 days of notification, as required by law (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or provide proof of return shipment).

Any extra costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer are non-refundable .
