MILK FLAVOUR: Maltose, sugar, filling 21% (palm oil, soya oil, sugar, whole milk powder, lactose, cocoa butter, emulsifiers E471 and E322, flavouring, salt, vanillin), glutinous rice, thickener (E1442), trehalose, palm oil, emulsifier (E471), salt, potato starch, flavouring, preservative (E202).

MATCHA FLAVOUR: Trehalose, palm oil, green tea powder (1%), emulsifiers (E471, E322 soya), salt, potato starch, flavouring, preservative (E202), maltose, sugar, soya oil, whole milk powder, lactose, cocoa butter, vanillin, glutinous rice, thickener (E1442).

PEACH FLAVOUR: Tapioca syrup, sugar, filling 21% (palm and soya oil, sugar, whole milk powder, lactose, cocoa butter, emulsifiers E322 and E471, flavouring, salt, vanillin), glutinous rice (11%), modified starches (E1442), trehalose, palm oil, peach juice powder (1%), maltodextrin, thickener (E414), emulsifier (E471), salt, potato starch, flavouring, colourings (E160a, E162), preservative (E202).

Return and Refund Policy (Food Products)

1) Right of withdrawal (14 days)

For online purchases, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery only for products that do not fall within the legal exceptions and that are intact, unopened and resalable .

2) Exceptions: when the withdrawal is NOT applicable

The right of withdrawal is excluded, in particular, for:

  goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. many food products);
  
• 
  sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if opened after delivery .
  

3) Frozen products

Frozen products are only available for delivery in Milan . We do not deliver frozen products outside Milan.

For food safety reasons, frozen foods are not returnable , unless there are problems with delivery (see section 4).

4) Delivery problems (damaged / incorrect / missing)

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  photo/video of the package and product
  

After verification, we will provide a replacement , refund or other suitable solution.

5) Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal (where applicable), the refund will be made using the same payment method and within 14 days of notification, as required by law (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or provide proof of return shipment).

Any extra costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer are non-refundable .
