A'PIEU Chocolate Milk One-Pack Face Mask è una maschera viso coreana da 21 g ispirata al latte al cioccolato. La formula è pensata per offrire un momento di trattamento piacevole e confortevole, aiutando a lasciare la pelle morbida, nutrita e levigata. La confezione originale a forma di cartone del latte rende il prodotto particolarmente originale e ideale anche come idea regalo.

MODO D'USO: Applicare dopo aver lavato e deterso il viso. Lasciare agire secondo le indicazioni riportate sulla confezione, quindi rimuovere e massaggiare delicatamente l'essenza rimanente fino a completo assorbimento.

INGREDIENTI: Acqua (Aqua), 1,2-Esandiolo, Caprylyl Glycol, Carbomer, Alcol Cetearyl, Disodium EDTA, Glicerina, Estratto di Latte, Olio Minerale, Profumo, Fenossietanolo, Estratto di frutto di Prunus Mume, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Acido Stearico, Estratto di cacao (Theobroma Cacao), Trietanolammina.

Return and Refund Policy (Food Products)

1) Right of withdrawal (14 days)

For online purchases, the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery only for products that do not fall within the legal exceptions and that are intact, unopened and resalable .

2) Exceptions: when the withdrawal is NOT applicable

The right of withdrawal is excluded, in particular, for:

  goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. many food products);
  
• 
  sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if opened after delivery .
  

3) Frozen products

Frozen products are only available for delivery in Milan . We do not deliver frozen products outside Milan.

For food safety reasons, frozen foods are not returnable , unless there are problems with delivery (see section 4).

4) Delivery problems (damaged / incorrect / missing)

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  photo/video of the package and product
  

After verification, we will provide a replacement , refund or other suitable solution.

5) Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal (where applicable), the refund will be made using the same payment method and within 14 days of notification, as required by law (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or provide proof of return shipment).

Any extra costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer are non-refundable .
